2. Cheque/ Bank draft
Please make cheque or bank draft drawn on a Singapore bank payable to "Course in Advanced Endocrinology" and mail to the Secretariat. Please indicate your name on the back of the cheque/ bank draft.

Please include SGD30 for bank charges. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in additional to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

A copy of the bank transfers (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the account in time.

Outstanding payment will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.
 
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation notice must be received in writing to the Secretariat
- Cancellation receive on and before 1 September 2011: Full refund less SGD100 adminstrative charges
- Cancellation received between 2 September 2011 to 1 January 2012: 50% refund
- Cancellation received after 1 January 2012: No refund
- All refunds will be made after the congress.

Details of CME credits to the course will be updated when the scientific programme has been finalised.
